I understand that overseas property markets each have their own individual differences and complexities in terms of prime locations, purchasing procedures and tax systems – all of which may not be clear to the bulk of first-time buyers. Therefore, I firmly believe in conducting comprehensive market research and due diligence when identifying auspicious markets abroad and handpicking quality developments for my clients.

By presenting in-depth research in the form of case studies, I aim to enable investors to form educated decisions when purchasing international properties. With this in mind, I obtained three local Metro Finance (新城財經台) weekly radio programs to reach the Hong Kong general public and raise their awareness on the overall market potential of different locations, particularly the UK and the emerging economy of Malaysia. Collectively known on the airwaves as the “Charlie’s Angels of the Property World”, my partners Khor Tze Ming, Lily Tan and I share our insights on Penang’s new economic developments and various lifestyle advantages for families hoping to make the move to Malaysia.

Committed to making purchasing quality properties abroad a simple and enjoyable process, optimal conditions are crafted for investors to experience new property markets. Prospective purchasers are engaged with on a multitude of levels, through social media, dinners, webinars, and creative live events. Interactive webinars are hosted covering topics such as the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) visa program, international school education and lifestyle activities. This year, we interviewed the principals of two reputable international schools in Penang, Karl Steinkamp of Dalat International School and Marcus Sherwood of the Prince of Wales Island International School, who spoke about their teaching environment and curriculum. Private dinners set against the backdrop of cool venues serve as casual and fun opportunities for investors to explore property investment opportunities. Our popular Durian Party at the Malaysia Consulate’s penthouse where 100 frozen, hermetically sealed, fragrant durians are air-flown from Penang to Hong Kong, give our guests a wholesome taste of a true Malaysian delicacy. Our annual Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner serves as a platform for our purchasers to network, form close friendships and come together as part of an exclusive community of Hong Kong people living or purchasing properties in Penang.
